When our customers come in looking for us to do them a special order, we take our time in showing them things we have in stock and also showing them things we don't. But with our supply houses we are able to get most everything to our store in 2 days.

The customer's order is then written up with what they want, quantity, colors, and if it will be engraved or sublimated. Then we take their name and phone numbers. This is in case there is a question on the order, or we have the order finished before the date it is needed, we can give them a call. Sometimes a customer isn't real sure what their order will look like. In a case like that we will draw it up on the computer, give the customer a call and they can come down to the store. Or we can e-mail them. So they can see just what it will look like. At that time they will give us a Yes or tell us where they would like us to make changes.

After we have finished the order the customer is called to pick up their orders. We treat all our customers no matter how big or small the order, with complete satisfaction. In our store we value all of our customers, and give all the courteous service and attention they deserve.
