Engraving

Q: What can be engraved?
A: Yes we can if we have your original art work in PDF, PLT or JPEG File.
Q: How much will a logo cost?
A: If you have your art work in the above files there will be a one time setup charge of $25. After that you may use your logo as many times as you want free of charge.
Q: How long will it take to get the finished item back?
A: This is a hard question to answer but we will try. It could be anywhere from 24 days to 2 weeks depending on the quantity and the type of material being engraved. Plus our work load factors into the equation. The best thing to do is give you plenty of time to get it finished.
Q: What if I need it in a hurry?
A: We do have a rush service. It would cost an extra service charge of $20 if your order is not too large. Say one or two items we would be able to get it finished the same day or the next. Again that would depend on how many rush order we are working on, just think ahead to save you time and money.
Q: How much is engraving?
A: There is no set up charge for all items in our store. Any thing brought into the store for engraving will have a $10 set up charge, and $.15 per letter fee. We offer a certain amount of free lettering for our in store items. That will be explained to you when you order.

Sublimation

Q: What is sublimation?
A: It is a process where we can take any artwork or photo and by using a heat press and special coating can imprint your artwork, photos or logo on to an item.
Q: What kind of items can be used in Sublimation?
A: Mugs, coasters, name badges, license plates, luggage and sport tags, clip boards, clocks, paper weights, keep sake boxes, wall tile murals, and much more.
Q: Can I bring my own item to be used in Sublimation?
A: Unfortunately no, all of our items have a special coating for sublimation and have to be ordered from the factory.

Trophies

Q: What kind of trophy can I order for my special event?
A: We can make you any kind of trophy you can dream up for any event you have coming. You more or less tell us what you have in mind; pick the colors and other details to make the trophy. Then we built it for you. 
Q: What if I don’t know how or what I want my trophies to look like?
A: That’s easy; we will just ask you a few questions on what the event is and build them for you.

Sandblasting

Q: What can be sandblasted?
A: Glass, mirrors, crystal, stone and metal sandblasting use a sandblaster that shoots out heavy to light blasts of sand giving the item the look desired.

Banner

Q: What kind of banners do you make?
A: We make both interior and exterior banners in a wide range of colors, sizes and fonts.

Vinyl Lettering

Q: What can I use vinyl lettering on?
A: Vinyl lettering is a great way to advertise your business. It can be put onto any smooth surface and can be used on cars, boats, windows & doors, trucks, cargo trailers and banners.

Signs

Q: What kind of signs do you make?
A: We make door, desk, wall signs, magnetic signs, and pet I.D. tags. We are a certified licensee for Braille signs. We also do small outdoor signs.
Q: Do you make electronic neon signs?
A: No, but we can get you the extruded outside lettering for your business and we can install any of our signs.
